Please be aware that some items are pre orders which could extend shipping timeframes. Items will be noted on description if they are pre orders.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TURNAROUND

Order processing & dispatch takes approx. 2-5 business days. 

Shipping takes approx. 3-14 business days from dispatch. 

Please note: due to COVID-19 shipping carriers are frequently experiencing delays. Therefore we cannot guarantee the above delivery timeframes.

The above processing & dispatch time frames apply. Please note we are not liable for any import duties or fees charged by your country.

TRACKING MY ORDER

We will provide you with a tracking number once item has been dispatched.

MISSING AN ITEM

There may come a situation where an item was missing from your package. If this has happened to you please contact us via email admin@messymagicbyjess.com.au

CANCELLING AN ORDER 

Once you place your order online we cannot alter, exchange or refund the order whilst in processing. If you wish to exchange your items once received please refer to our exchanges & returns policy for further information.
